EVENT RULES / INFORMATION
Captain's Role: One team member is designated as the captain, who has the final say on which ball to play from after each shot.
Shot Selection: After each tee shot or shot from the fairway, the team chooses the best shot, and everyone plays from that location.
Scoring: The team score for each hole is the score of the ball chosen by the captain. Maximum score per hole is (double bogey). If you miss your par putt opportunity, team will annotate a bogey on their score card and move to next hole.
Moving the Ball: You can move the ball within one club length of the chosen ball spot, no closer to the hole.
Order of Play: The team captain can also decide the order in which team members play shots. Example: If a team of four players each tees off, the captain chooses the best tee shot, and then all four players play from that spot.
Tee Box Positioning:
Men (60 or older) - Play Gray Tees
Men (Under 60) - Play White Tees
Women (60 or older) - Play from Orange Tees
Women (Under 60) - Play from Red Tees
Miscellaneous Information:
- Players are ONLY eligible to win Longest Drive and Closest to Pin prizes when teeing from their designated tee box by Age/Sex.
- Maximum score per hole is Double Bogey.
- Designated Par 3 Grand Prize Hole - Men MUST tee from White Tee regardless of age and Women MUST tee at designated spot regardless of age.

Cancellation Policy:
4th Annual Alex Bradford Memorial Golf Tournament Cancellation Policy
The Alex Bradford Memorial Golf Tournament is a "Rain or Shine" event. All proceeds benefit the 2 Out Rally Foundation.
Player Cancellations:
• Cancellations received on or before July 7, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $35.00 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received between July 8 and July 24, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 24, 2026, or for tournament "no-shows." Substitutions are permitted and encouraged up until the morning of play.
Weather Policy: Play will proceed unless Anderson Creek Golf Club management deems the course unfit for play (e.g., lightning or course flooding).
Rescheduling: If the course is closed on August 7, a rescheduled date will be provided. All registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.
• Refunds due to Rescheduling: If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled date, they may request a refund, which will be subject to the standard cancellation fees mentioned above, or choose to convert their registration into a tax-deductible donation.
Sponsorship Commitment & Branding:
• Sponsorships for the Alex Bradford Memorial Golf Tournament are considered non-refundable contributions. In the event that the tournament is rescheduled due to course conditions at Anderson Creek Golf Club, all sponsorship recognitions—including tee signs, banners, digital logos, and program mentions—will be moved to the new event date.
• Because branding and promotional materials are produced in advance of the original August 7th date, the tournament cannot offer refunds for sponsorships. If the sponsor is unable to attend the rescheduled date, their designated player slots may be donated back to the organization or reassigned to other guests of the sponsor's choosing.
