Alex, a vibrant 19-year-old college student, tragically lost his life to illicit fentanyl poisoning while pursuing his dreams at the University of North Carolina – Wilmington in March 2022. Determined to prevent other families from enduring such heartbreak, we founded 2 Out Rally as a beacon of hope, dedicated to providing support, education, and resources to youth and young adults grappling with mental health challenges and the dangers of illicit fentanyl.
